Landing gear for the new quad...

Since the test flight went so well yesterday I decided to make some landing gear for the new quad copter.

Made several of these for a friend.

New quad copter!

Got the new quad copter assembled.  First flight ended in a broken prop.  Second attempt ending after it was determined that the programming needs more tuning.

Armor phase two!

Camera mounted amid ship.  Video transmitter mounted in box.  Phase three will be a mount for the camera that has the ability to be moved and possibly some armament...(air soft)

The electronics are now enclosed in a project box!  now to put the camera transmitter in a box and construct a mount for the camera....

Autonomous!

First autonomous mission of the rover was successful!  Sent it down the road and back again.  I will get some video tomorrow weather permitting.

Got stage one if the kill bot together.  Now we need a video feed and an air soft gun on a turret....

Making some plaques for a friend...  Many of them!  Turning out good so far.  Sand and seal next, maybe I will be done with these one day.  More work than I had anticipated.  Live and learn.

Well it seems that I have involved myself with another useless endeavor...  A quad copter!  This thing is super cool. Need to get some vibration issues sorted out and we will be flying.  maybe I can do some Ariel photography or something to turn this into a money making venture...
