Sign with scalloped background

This is my first sign with a textured background.  Turned out pretty good and now people are forewarned!  

Got doors? :)

Put some doors on the cabinets while the new signage was being cut.  Not perfect but better than before!

New machine in action!

Finally got version two in motion.   First sign being cut now!   So exciting!  :-)

Version 2!

Got the new machine assembled!   Need to get some wood for a sacrificial surface and a little bit of painting but otherwise ready to go.  Now for the disposal of the old machine parts.

Dalmatian coasters

One dozen Dalmatian coasters ready for their first coat of sealer.  Looking good so far, I think I will need to adjust the acceleration of the machine after the rebuild it is taking just over an hour to mill out four coasters.

Coasters anyone?

Got the engraving painting and initial sanding done.   Need to cut them out and seal them next.  Got some nice cork for the backing.  I am liking these so far even though the cut time is over an hour!
